When was Simpsons first opened?

The first Simpsons fish and chips opened in Chepstow in January 2009, followed by Cheltenham in November 2009 and Bradley Stoke opened in May 2010.

How many years have you been in the business?

Janette Simpson owned her first fish and chip shop in 1976, and was joined by Brian in 1982 after his service in the RAF. Over the last 34 years we have perfected our art in 11 different shops and believe we have the best fish and chips around!

Ethos of the company, what you are striving to achieve?

Our ethos is simple, we want to provide the best fish and chips to our customers while maintaining cleanliness, great customer service and professionalism. We do not serve fast food, we serve great food, fast!

What are you trying to create at the new branch?

We hope to provide a friendly and reliable local chippy that guarantees great food every time you return. It’s nice seeing our name next to big successful fast food chains and we hope we can keep up!
